Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us! Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligible Returns We offer refunds or replacements only for items that arrive:
- Damaged or broken
- Defective or non-functional
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
To initiate a return, please email us at support@carrycute.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 14days of delivery.
EXCEPTIONS
European Union customers — right of withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a European Union country, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days, starting from delivery of the last item on the order. If the final day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the window extends to the next business day.
To exercise this right, email support@carrycute.co with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You do not need to provide evidence of a defect or damage for a change-of-mind withdrawal. Contact us for return instructions before sending your items back.
You may request cancellation before your order is fulfilled. If fulfillment has already occurred, contact us to exercise your withdrawal right and arrange a return.
For eligible EU withdrawals, this section takes precedence over conflicting restrictions in our general return policy, including the exclusion of change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Non-Eligible Returns We do not offer refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Shipping delays that fall within our stated 7–15 business day window
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
