Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after your order has been processed . Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons — all of which are outside of our control. Express Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days
Separate Packages Items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability and supplier location. Don't worry if one item arrives before another — your full order is on its way!
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
